                                                      RETAIL SUPPORT SPECIALIST

The role:

As a member of the company’s team you will be:

• Developing a highly effective and secured retail network
• Analyzing market potentials in retail distribution systems and networks 
• Defining and proposing strategies for successful approach to existing and potential partners
• Coordinating retail budget planning and control
• Planning and providing training for partners
• In charge of the annual audit of existing network partners
• Working closely with the marketing team on the execution of corporate standards, branding and promotion activities
• Maintaining relationship with service and system suppliers 

The person:

Are you a bright professional with drive for success, business and customer mindset and:

• Sound knowledge of the franchise/retail industry
• Previous experience in sales and retail support operation will be considered strong advantage
• Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
• Entrepreneurial mind and consulting skills
• Very good English language
• University degree, preferably in Economics or technical field
• A team member with the ability to integrate in cross functional groups
• Readiness to travel countrywide and abroad
• Driving license
