PRESALES CONSULTANT
The role:
Supervising and/or implementing specific presales support programmes at regional level, you will be:
• Elaborating specific presales solutions to meet the requirements/ answer the business goals/ of current and potential clients
• Preparing, storing and disseminating functional documentation concerning RFPs and RFIs
• Collaborating with Product Development & Marketing team on the improvement of company’s portfolio
• Acting as a liaison between the company’s Sales and Professional Services teams
• Defining the technical requirements of a system, supervising their implementation
• Reporting to the Sales Manager
The person:
Driving individual with strong customer-focus, business acumen, constant “learning thirst” and:
• University Degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
• 3 years of successful track record among Presales Consultant/Solutions Architect/ Product Manager/Business Operations Analyst related roles, acquired within an IT company or organization from the Retail/Petrol sectors
• Proven ability to translate business topics to functional specifications
• Understanding of the technology state-of-art for the Retail/Petrol
• Knowledge for Self Service technologies as desired know-how
• Practice in regional/cross-border assignments as a valuable asset
• Very good English
