BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
The role:
Being fully in charge of the sales growth in the Retail sector through the planning and execution of channel programs, you will be:
- Designing business plans for the distribution of hi tech consumer electronics on a national scale
- Initiating and implementing efficient marketing and merchandising strategies in order to create successful events, launches and product awareness activities
- Building productive commercial relationships with Retail and Channel partners
- Accountable for motivating, training, setting targets and supervising the performance of the sales force at the retailers
- Responsible for budget planning and execution
- Reporting to the General Manager
The person:
Proactive and result-driven individual with influential communication style and:
- 5 years of overall experience in the retail sector
- Proven track in channel marketing, ideally with focus on telecommunications or consumer electronics products
- Previous experience in remote management of sales units would be considered an advantage
- Sound analytical skills, complimented by advanced Excel literacy
- Excellent customer-facing presentation skills and ability to build sustainable relationships with cross-functional teams
- Very good knowledge of English
