Our Client- a FMCG leader with well-developed commercial structure in Bulgaria is currently exploring the market for seasoned professional to step into the mandate of:.

AREA SALES MANAGER

The role:

 In charge of the implementation of the sales strategy in the assigned area you will be:

• Leading and developing a sales team 40+ direct and indirect reports
• Setting up objectives and ensuring the implementation of effective sales plans for the management of a the territory business
• Accountable for the P&L of the area
• Training and coaching the assigned sales unit and ensuring the presence of the those capabilities in  the team, that will support the achievement of the defined objectives
• In charge of the asset management within the respected territory
• Establishing and maintaining fruitful rapport with internal and external relationships

The person:

Passionate personality, mobile and self-driven, able to manage multiple priorities effectively with:

• 3 years of experience within sales roles, ideally in an international FMCG player
• Successful track record of minimum 1 year in leading units over 30 people
• Solid knowledge of the FMCG business at operational, process and systems levels;
• Previous experiences in managing a complex P&L
• Ability to achieve and influence others in a competitive environment
• Skilled in the interpretation of financial information, research and market data analyses
• Advanced level of English
