She has been engaged in multiple Assessment Centre projects as a project leader and a team member. Nevena Taneva holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology and is certified Thomas International Management System and SHL Consultant.

Mrs. Gabriela Andreeva is currently a Senior Consultant with AIMS Human Capital. She holds a Ph.D. degree in Sociology from the Polish Academy of Sciences and MA degree in Finance and Banking from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”. Gabriela Andreeva has over 8 years of professional experience in HR Consultancy and Project Management. Her expertise includes executive search and selection, employee opinion surveys and participation in organizational consultancy and people development projects. Gabriela Andreeva is a Thomas International Management System certified consultant. She also acts as Associate Professor in HR Development at the University for National and World Economy in Sofia.

Ms. Anna Vdovitchina is a Senior Consultant with an expertise focus in executive search and selection projects and career management consultancy. She has a career track record of over 6 years in the field of HR practice, enriched with engagement in training and HR Consultancy assignments. Anna Vdovitchina holds a MA degree in Organizational Development from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” and is a Thomas International Management System certified consultant. She also acts as Associate Professor in Business Administration at the Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”.
