Mrs. Maria Shishkova, Managing Partner
Mrs. Maria Shishkova is the Managing Partner of AIMS Human Capital Bulgaria and Dale Carnegie Training Bulgaria. She is a Dale Carnegie Certified Local Training Director and has been trained in specialized coaching courses at the Corporate Coach University of Dallas, USA and in a programme of Applied Economics at the University of Delaware, USA. She holds a MA in English and American studies from the Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski". Mrs Shishkova is a certified consultant in the Thomas International Management Systems and SHL. Mrs. Shishkova has 18-year experience in the area of general management, human resources, management consulting, assessment and development centers, leadership training and coaching, compensation and benefits surveys and executive search and selection for top managerial positions. She has headed and/or participated in projects in Bulgaria, Macedonia, Greece, Romania, the Netherlands and Germany.She has consulted and headed projects for over 150 multinational companies from all business industries represented in Bulgaria.

She is the Chairperson of the Bulgarian Business Leaders Forum and the Chairperson of Bulgarian Association of Management Consultancy Organizations. Mrs. Shishkova has been a Board Member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Bulgaria from 1999 to 2005. She is also a Founding Member of Bulgarian Investment Information Network and a Founding Member of Sofia Services Group. She is a member of the Bulgarian Human Resources Management and Development Association.

Ms. Stela Ouzounova, Executive Director
Ms.Stela Ouzounova is the Executive Directorof AIMS Human Capital with focus оf expertise in the field of Talent Acquisition and Talent Assessment and Development. She has Master degrees in Britishand American studies at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” and Business Administration from the University of Lincoln in the UK. Ms Stela Ouzounova is a senior HR professional with extensive experience in Executive search, career counselling, assessment and people development. She has managed a number of large-scale national and cross-border Executive search projects in the filed of Telecommunications, Finance, Banking, Energy and Manufacturing.Ms.Stela Ouzounova is a certified consultant of Thomas International Management System and SHL. She’s got cross-cultural academic and working experience in the Balkan region, USA and Europe. She is a member of the Bulgarian Human Resources Management Association, a Fellowof the US German Marshall Fund (GMF) Fellowship Programmeand a member of the GMF  Selection Committee in Bulgaria.

Mrs. Rusana Kenova, Finance and Administration Manager
Mrs. Kenova is the Finance and Administration Manager of AIMS Human Capital . She has a Master degree in Accounting at University of National and World Economy. She has over sixteen  years of extensive experience in corporate accounting obtained through job assignments at a major auditing and accounting firm, trade companies, foreign investors and companies from the service sector. Emphasis on internal financial and accounting control, Bulgarian statutory audits, reconciliation of business processes and accounting function, provision of payroll, leasing and bookkeeping services for various types of clients in many industries.
Mrs. Kenova is familiar with International Accounting Standards, practice in transformations of financial statements according to IAS and has a sound knowledge in accounting, Tax and labor legislation.

Ms. Anna Vdovitchina, Senior Consultant
Ms. Anna Vdovitchina is a Senior Consultant with an expertise focus in executive search, selection projects and career management consultancy. She has a career track record of over 7 years in the field of HR practice, enriched with engagement in training and HR Consultancy assignments. Anna Vdovitchina holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Development from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” and is a Thomas International Management System certified consultant. She also acts as Associate Professor in Business Administration at the Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”. Ms. Vdovitchina is fluent in English and German.

Mrs. Bistra Arsova is a Trainer with AIMS Human Capital, Bulgaria in Sofia. She is a highly qualified Trainer, facilitator and coach with previous experience in people development.    In 2009 – 2010 she has taken part as a consultant in  several projects in the hospitality and tourism sector. During her career development Mrs. Arsova has accumulated expertise and experience in Marketing; Wholesale distribution; and Retail Operations, working for various multinational companies and brands such as McDonald’s; Starbucks and Calvin Klein. Bistra Arsova has held different positions in mid management and higher management levels for the last 15 years.
